T V newscaster Amanda Burden teamed up with Jason Stone in June of 2008
to purchase the remaining six unsold lots at Bay Harbour. Amanda's family involvement
in real estate began with New Seabury where her father was the developer starting in the
1960s through 1998. During this time the company developed well known projects
such as Maushop Village, Promontory Point, The Bluff, Seaside and The Mews. Amanda
and her family still own New Seabury Co L.P. and, retain interests in Mashpee Commons
on Cape Cod and Airport Business Center in Santa Rosa, California. Other family real estate
interests include properties in Florida and Los Angeles. Amanda is retaining lot 15 for herself.
Jason is originally from Concord, Massachussets but has resided in New
Seabury on Cape Cod since 1987, where he has been a broker at New
Seabury Real Estate as well as a real estate speculator. Having
successfully developed a myraid of waterfront properties on Cape Cod
and Greenwich, CT.
